Responsibilities
Our client is a Landscaping and Construction company, your responsibilities include:
* Source for suppliers, negotiate and purchase goods at competitive pricing from local and overseas suppliers
* Respond to parts enquiries & quote prices and delivery times
* Ensure proper incoming stock acceptance & correct storage locations
* Maintain and update purchasing documents/records as per Purchasing guidelines
* Source for parts, liaise and follow up with Principals, suppliers
* Prepare Purchase Orders, ensure PO process adheres to company guidelines.
* Work closely with Project Manager
* Update stocks ledger
* Coordinate with operations team on stock issues
* Any other adhoc duties
Requirements
• At least 2 years of relevant purchasing experience preferably in related industry
• Able to work independently and with the team
• Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organized
• Required skill(s): Computer knowledge, MS Excel
