- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisitions, performance management, payroll, tax filing, compensation and benefits, staff welfare, and training. - Responsible for maintaining of Human Resource Database system - Responsible for performing any other matters and ad-hoc projects that may surface as instructed by the superior - Perform various pass applications, renewal, cancellations, and appeals, government claims or grants, workmen's compensation, and incident reporting - Keep track of employees' leave applications and attendance records - Handle employees’ relations matters including disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism, disciplinary meetings, terminations, investigations, and other employee disputes in accordance with company policy. - Close and timely follow-up on the off-boarding process, ensuring that exit interviews and exit clearance are appropriately and timely completed. - Act as a point of contact with government bodies for HR matters including MOM, IRAS, CPF, etc. - Responsible for administrative matters - Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Thorough knowledge of Singapore labor laws, employment-related laws, and regulations. - Good knowledge of HR best practices and policies - Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software. (Paymaster HR System, HRIS HR System, Pivot Table & Vlookup)
