Responsibilities
* Identify opportunities from construction market and potential client for growth
* Achieve sales target set by management
* Maintain excellent customer relationship while understanding customer needs and delivers value
* Build and maintain a network list with stakeholders (Developer, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc)
* Maintain close update on site progress and provide material forecast effectively
• Ensure constant communication to the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems and activities
* Prepare monthly report to the manager
* Provide solution / support/ training/ troubleshooting to customer
Requirements
* Minimum 2 to 5 years’ sales experience in the construction industry is preferered
* Must possess own car
* Computer literate
* Proven track record in personal salesmanship
* Strong, aggressive personality
