Responsibilities
* Responsible to tabulate quantities, estimate cost and request for quotation
* Update contract documents, drawings and correspondences in timely manner
* Prepare progress claims, site valuation and Variation Order for submission
* Work closely with subcontractors and clients
* Ensure timely completion of an assign tender
Requirements
* Possess Micorsoft Office Skill
* Able to communicate in English
* Independent, attentive to details
* No Experience required, training will be provided
