Responsibilities
Our client provides renovation services for both residential and commercial, your responsibilities are:
*Read and interpret blueprints.
*Assist supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
*Deal with vendors and order materials for fabrication.
*Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, island bar counter, bedhead, wardrobe, TV console, Kitchen cabinet, Tatami platform, and other fixtures as required.
*Assess and ensure the quality of woodwork and materials.
*Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements
*Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
*Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.
*Possess working experience in Singapore and understand the local health and safety regulations.
*Good time management, able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
