Responsibilities
-To troubleshoot and maintain the security/ communication systems on-site
-To identify and determine appropriate solutions
-Work closely with Service Team Lead & Service Manager.
-Analyze and reduce repeat job rates to improve efficiency
-Provide technical support to service sales personnel on quotation preparation and customer support.
-Carry out standby duty on weekdays/ weekends/ public holidays when being rostered for duty
Requirements
-Min. 2 years experience in the security line (CCTV / Intercom / Access Control)
-Good communication (written and verbal)
-Flexible work arrangement.
