* Coordinate with the sales team to gather necessary information for order processing.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
* Monitor and track sales orders to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any order-related issues.
* Assist in managing inventory and stock levels.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and organizing travel arrangement
* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Manage and respond to customer emails in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
* 1 to 2 years working experience as admin or equivalent
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
