Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize inventory planning and movement.
- Work with the design teams and suppliers to facilitate furniture research and development efforts
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Department for planned retail and promotion efforts
- Compare and negotiable for most cost saving
- Monitor and ensure smooth shipment schedules from our suppliers to our regional offices in SG, TW and JP
- Work closely with our teams to report and follow-up on quality issues with our QC team and suppliers
- Work well with all stake holders (regional offices and suppliers) to facilitate timely furniture procurement to all regions
Requirements
- Diploma holder or Degree Holder or relevant working experience
- Familiarity of how Letter of Credit works
- Well-versed in Microsoft office; especially Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and good interpersonal & communication skills
