Responsibilities
Our client is a modern fusion restaurant
- Prepare, cook and serve a variety of items according to a specific menu
- Assist with Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Assist with inventory and managing of supplies
- Ensure quality control and presentation of all food items
- Aircond Kitchen environment
Requirements
- With or Without Chef de partie relevant experience
- Strong Food and Beverage knowledge and culinary skills
- Must be able to work with flexible schedule including shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Outgoing and pro-active
- Good personality and working attitude
