Responsibilities
Ensure healthy fund in all bank accounts, arrange fund transfer, fixed deposit placement, bank loan and foreign currencies exchange
Handle banking facilities renewal and authorized signatory change
Manage financial closing to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
Handle quarterly consolidation package submission and monthly financial forecast
Handle monthly reports for internal, top management and headquarter (HQ) submissions
Handle annual budget preparation and submission
Prepare audit report, handle statutory audit
Manage half yearly audit review
Handle tax compliance returns, R&D incentive claims and transfer pricing documentations
Handle annual returns to ACRA
Handle quarterly GST returns and GST-ACAP requirement
Requirements
Degree in relevant discipline such as Accountancy is required.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Experience in multi-national manufacturing company is preferred.
Ability to think strategically and work independently.
Well-versed with Singapore Financial and Taxation Laws.
Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
