Responsibilities
* Responsible for business plan & sales strategy for the Export markets assigned (export sales and private label)
* Achieve growth in market share, volume & revenue while ensuring profitability in line with company’s objectives
* Build good customer relations with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction
* Periodical reviews of performance with distributors/customers, manage the targets, KPI and contracts and to discuss collaborative solutions
* Evaluate the capability of a new potential customer/distributor before signing of contract/agreement
* Collect & evaluate market information on competitors, market behavior and develop action plans
* Maintain accurate sales records and to prepare periodic progress reports and updates of monthly sales performance to the management
* Maintains records of contracts, marketing activities, pricings, etc.
* Follow up from order to shipment
* Support distributors with their orders and to ensure orders are fulfilled
* Travel overseas to meet customers as required
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree holder with at 1 years of relevant experience in retail & wholesale /F&B/ FMCG or catering industries
* Experience in managing key accounts
* Excellent communication skill
* Creative thinker
* Excellent skills in MS office especially Excel
* Knowledge of shipping documents, incoterms and ocean freight process will be an added advantage
