Responsibilities
* Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers
* Assign jobs to drivers through PSA Haulier Community System
* Monitor and track jobs progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely
* Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement through Matrix Net GPS Tracking System in real time
* Handle drivers’ feedback and problems efficiently
* Process and handle documentations through PSA Portnet System
* Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online
* Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer’s trucking
* Communicate closely with Operation Asst Manager to improve and maximize company’s resources
* Perform other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
* Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or ‘A’ level
* Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in logistics traffic control preferred
* Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility
* Detail-oriented, organized and with good administrative and communication skill
* Proficient with Port of Singapore Authority Portnet and Haulier
* Community System will be an added advantage
* PC literate and proficient in MS office Excel and Outlook
