Responsibilities
- Assists CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks
- Communicates with the general staff on CEO’s behalf and coordinates meetings and conferences both internally and externally
- Drafts reports, letters of agreement, and proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with prospect/collaborating partners.
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Acting as the point of contact among employees, clients, and other external partners, both regionally and locally.
Requirements
- Effectively bilingual, able to speak and write in both English and Mandarin, good with excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Words
- Some basic knowledge of e-commerce and a strong interest to contribute in that area
- Experience in wines, spirits, and sake will be helpful but not necessary
