Responsibilities
* Support end-user on-site/remotely to resolve issues raise by end-user / operation team
* Configure software and equipment to meet customer/project requirements
* Hands-on support such as hardware problem diagnostics, PC/software installation, configuration, maintenance of operating systems, etc.
* Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure
* Rotate shift standby require if requested by company
* Any other tasks as and when assigned by supervisors
Requirements
* Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
* 2-3 years of working experience in IT industry
* Internal training provided
* Experience in computer hardware, software, server & networking
* Experience in SQL Server & MySQL
* Experience in ERP system will be an added advantage
* Able to troubleshoot end-user problems
