- Attend to walk-in and telephone enquiries in a professional manner.
- Explore and introduce different type of services and options that are available to clients.
- Organize and analyze customer intention and information.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Maintain and update customer’s records.
- Handle client complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Secondary School/O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree
- Positive attitude
- A multi-tasker and learner with self-motivation and integrity
