Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the Career Development and Learning & Development needs of the organization to elevate the skills and capabilities of our human resources
- To spearhead the onboarding programme to reinforce Company’s Mission Statement, Corporate Culture, Core Values, learning opportunities, HR Policies and Procedures as well as products and services provided
- To assist in the implementation of Talent Management Strategies and Succession Planning with the objective of building adequate talent supply to meet current/future organizational needs
- To partner with tertiary institutions on internships/traineeship attachments to inject manpower and attract future talents to the organization
- To measure the pulse of the organization through implementation of climate surveys, regular employees dialogue sessions and at the same time to communicate Management's commitment in people development
- To lead HR related digitalization projects as assigned
- To conduct periodical in-house trainings/lunch & learn sessions
- To handle all related administration duties
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- Possess Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
- At least 3 years' experience in L&D, including conducting training and assessment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Simple Mandarin translation is required at times)
- Passionate in people development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel & Powerpoint)
