Working Hours
44 hours week basis over a 5 day work week on a shift basis
Responsibilities
• Perform troubleshooting of routine maintenance and repair problems, fixing up installations, the rectification of maintenance works, and plumbing work.
• General maintenance and minor repair work including (but not limited to): doors, windows, furniture, etc toilet seats and flushes, furniture, tap washers, and some painting of doors and walls.
• Painting and redecoration.
• General duties and moving of furniture as and when required.
• Preparation of the venue for events as required.
• Other duties as required by the Facilities Manager.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Working experience in F&B or Hotels is an advantage.
• Independent, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision
• Able to multi-task and work independently
