Responsibilities
• Attend to phone calls and other general operational duties
* Assist with the queries on vehicle fleet management
* Handle the operation hotline and be on standby 24/7
* Ensure the smooth flow in the handover of the vehicle to customers and vehicle inspection on and off
* Scheduling of services and repairs, breakdown support as well as liaising with the external vendor for towing/onsite support
* Maintain a list of the vehicle returning projection date
Requirements
• Able to work independently and with the team
* Possess class 3 driving license
* Familiar with vehicle operation and a sound understanding of vehicle mechanical process
• Possess a positive attitude, meticulous and organized
* Good problem solver
