Responsibilities
Supporting the Head Chef for the daily operations in the kitchen.
Assist in a wide range of kitchen operations.
Preparing food ingredients, Cooking.
Ensuring hygiene and other standards are in place at all times.
Maintaining a clean, organized work area and following waste management guidelines.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Minimal 2 years of cooking experience. Experience in Eastern cooking is a bonus
Physically and medically fit.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Exhibit good leadership and team management skills.
Committed and highly dedicated to roles and responsibilities.
