Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customers’ emails and phone calls on sales inquiries
* Handle telephone, email contacts and fax correspondences to respond to inquiries by customer and supplier
* Provide excellent and quality customer services
* Provide accurate inventory report (daily/weekly/monthly) to customer via warehouse management system
* Communicate sales-related information to relevant departments
* Act as bridge between Operations and Sales by conveying messages and information.
* Maintain good filing and documentation on sales related documents
* Perform any others ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements
* Preferably minimum 1 year solid experience in sales administration and support
* Possess Min. O’ or N Level certification or its equivalent
* Bilingual – with excellent fluency in the English to communicate with personnel of all levels
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
* Familiar with sales process and its documentation
