Responsibilities
* Responsible in production planning, making sure the product/output can deliver to customers in time
* Perform work order variance analysis
* Perform materials planning based on production demand
* Monitor and coordinate on material shortages, and ensure material availability to support the production plan
* Monitors work orders using ERP, reviews MRT execution, and ensures accuracy of the info
* Arranging production staff to work according to schedule
* Work closely with Purchasing Team, the Sales Team, and Production Team
* Compile reports for management review
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma in Semicon/Production/Electronics Engineering or at least 2 years of experience in the similar field
* Knowledge of ERP/MRP system
* Good analytical and analyzing skills
* Able to work independently
* Good communication skills and team player
