* Respond to sales enquiries via phone and email
* Prepare quotations and follow up closely
* Prepare weekly, monthly data and reports
* Process debit / credit notes to ensure smooth payment
* Communicate with customers and coordinate with worldwide colleagues
* Reaching to meet monthly KPI revenue goals
* Work together with team to develop Sales business opportunities
* Maintain excellent customer service quality and communication
