Responsibilities
* Respond to customers’ enquiry and prepare reports
* Process Air Export booking request
* Respond to shipment status and enquiries
* Make arrangement of cargo collection at customers’ premise
* Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
* Attend to customers’ expectations and complaints
Requirements
* Able to communicate in English via email and phone calls
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Passion in learning
* Friendly, good team player
* No experience required
