Responsibilities
1. HR Strategic Plans Support development of HR strategic mid-term plans and initiatives that support business needs Manages and drive the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Analysis of trends in compensation and benefits Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews HR policies and practices to maintain compliance Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law Oversee the full spectrum of employees’ lift cycles from on boarding to off boarding, including confirmation, contract renewals and re-employment Oversee all other HR administrative work including compensation & benefits administration, work injury compensation & training administration 2. Payroll Oversee the payroll computation and entry Inter-company billing IRAS declaration 3. Work Pass Renewal Monitor and update of work passes records Ensure timely renewal of work passes 4. Welfare Attend to employees’ grievances and complaints Assist to organize corporate events 5. Safety and Health Work closely with Safety to create disseminate safety awareness among workers Coordinate and improve with Safety to enhance company’s WSH efforts Coordinate in implementing workplace health programmes 6. Career Development Lead the development and implementation of Leadership Framework Participate in talent development, coaching and succession planning Develop and implement training plan 7. Others Issuance of warning letter or provide counseling to workers Ensure HR procedures and practices are in compliance with local law and tax requirements, where applicable Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements
Min Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Working experience in Construction/ Transportation/ Logistics industry will be advantageous Info-Tech Cloud HR System experience is a plus Hands-on, task oriented with good mentoring skills Interested candidates may send your resume to clarence.tay@nalaemployment.com.
