Responsibilities
* Oversee and develop business with 9 Area Supervisor, supervise 6-7 outlets
* Ensure smooth operating on all outlets and make sure they follow SOP, good hygiene practices, good personal grooming and cleanliness of the outlets
* Achieving sales target set by Management
* Do random audit check of the outlets
* Come out with new idea or promotion/product
* Meeting with Supervisors fortnightly
* Keep track/Monitor all aspects of outlet operation which includes of accounting, financial, renovation(if any) and admin matters
* Preparation of Management Report
* Any other duties that are assigned by the Management.
Requirements
* Minimum a Diploma holder/Degree, with at least 2 years of experience in related field
* Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and customers
* Positive attitude, passionate, and able to show commitment and inspire others
* Maintaining a high sense of urgency
* Able to identify and foresee issues, problems, and opportunities
