-Reports directly to Area Manager/Operations Director -Plan and revise the weekly and monthly schedules for all staff in the shop according to shop needs and sales forecast -Forecast shop sales on a weekly basis -Audit own shop on a periodic basis (eg. Restaurant review) and create corresponding reports to be shared with team members -Attending to customer complaints both written and in-house -Manage assets of the shop (ensure timely ordering of items and checking of inventory to prevent “out of stock” items) -Planning, managing profit and loss, handling cash at the store as well as collating daily sales as well as other necessary reports -Alongside HQ, formulate marketing strategies to help boost the shop’s sales performance -Develop equipment maintenance schedules and arrange for repairs -Coaching, developing, and disciplining staff -Monitor staffs’ attendance records daily -Checking staffs’ payroll concerns -Conduct inquiries if internal disputes in the shop occur; and complete disciplinary write-ups
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial level -Good leadership with solid analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills -Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment -Able to work in F&B operation hours -Value-added if have experience in both Service and Kitchen
