Responsibilities
QC Technician need to conduct
Chemical physical and microbiological analysis on raw materials intermediates and final products.
Analysis for new raw materials / favours requested by Flavour Lab.
Sensory evaluation and ensure overall status of incoming and new raw materials (seasoning and liquid) including Glovia transactions.
Re-evaluation and ensure status of expired raw materials
Chemical analysis on seasoning final products and customer’s complaint samples
Troubleshooting of GC analysis for liquid items and maintaining the retained samples and their database
Others achoc duty
Comply with all applicable procedures and legal and other requirements
Requirements
Diploma in Chemical Process Technology (preferably in food Technology) of equivalent in years of similar experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience Chemistry
Basic laboratory procedures and methodology
