Responsibilities
- Perform meat-cutting (Beef, pork) merchandising and housekeeping duties productively with the aim of optimizing department sales
- Weigh, clean and cut all types and sizes of meat of all sizes for customers accurately according to standards and requirements
- Attend to customer’s queries and needs promptly in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner to achieve customer satisfaction
- Upkeep freshness and ensure high quality standards when handling goods at the cutting station, displaying goods at seabed and arranging goods in the storage rooms
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, personal grooming and hygiene at all times to reflect a good company image
- Any other adhoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
Has necessary meat cutting/ Butcher skills for the job.
