Responsibilities
Receive and to distribute incoming parcels with net weight less than 20kg per parcel/ consignment.
Support Admin team to receive incoming consignment for general purposes application
Consolidate different points of requests from various departments on daily sample request in one consignment.
Liaise with Logistics team to work on combined shipment consolidation either on via air/ via sea as an option for large production trial as per customer request.
Perform specialized and accurate sample dispatch for submission to customers and/or Affiliates meeting the required ship out date.
Oversee and monitor the outsource 3rd party packer cum admin
Generate invoices for both FL & FR consignments for shipping
Maintain and ensure a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Knowledge of DG and IATA is an added value
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
