Responsibilities
• Personal Assistant to a Financial Consultant (TOT, COT and lifetime MDRT- indicating her credentials so the candidate can know what is expected for the client service and the environment)
• Handling of insurance policies submissions
• Generating Policy Illustration etc.
• Handling of clients’ KYC.
• Liaising with the respective insurer on submissions (as they are from Independent Financial Firm so they deal with different insurers)
• Preparing policy summaries.
• Liaising with clients on their policies.
• Assist with servicing and following up with clients.
• Daily administrative tasks.
• Proper filing and records.
• Ad hoc project and research may be required.
Requirements
- Preferably have certain knowledge on insurance product knowledge and common terms like generating BI etc
- IT and MS savvy
