Responsibilities
To send the assortment lists separating those of Back Order type 1 and 2, by means of the system, with the purpose of initiating the physical assortment of orders of the client.
To update picking list in the network, by means of the electronic transference of the system to the network, for consultation of the area on watch to Client.
To make the confirmation of orders in I modulate of sales, by means of the system, to register the exit of merchandise to invoice.
To print the invoices, by means of the system, to document the orders of the client.
To generate remissions by branch, average "transfer" of the system, for outgoing record of inventory and invoicing.
To endorse the generation of invoicing of remissions, by means of the report DETERMINATION, to validate transactions B70-TA70 (requested opened), B94-TA94 (safekeepings).
To document the invoiced orders, by means of leaf, order of purchase of security and certificate of analysis, with the purpose of fulfilling the miscellaneous requirements of the client order.
Performs other duties as assigned.
