Responsibilities
We are looking for a Learning and Development Executive to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge.
* Assist in Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
* Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
* Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
* Assist in designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
* Track budgets and negotiate contracts with training provider
* Any other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
* Diploma in any field
* Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Proficient in MS Office
