Responsibilities
A key member of the Marcom team to conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns and activities to build and maintain a high level of brand awareness
Manage brand’s initiatives in digital marketing, social media, and out-of-home media
Develop written and editorial content for advertisements
Plan and execute marketing events for leads generation
Work closely with the design team in the development of marketing collateral
Liaise with operations team to carry out in-store, BTL promotions
Monitor and ensure KPIs set are met by monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, events, and promotions
Tracking and analysis of competitor's activities
Other ad-hoc and administrative support, as and when assigned
Requirements
At least a diploma or degree in Marketing / Mass Communication
3 years experience in marketing
Proficient in Microsoft Office software
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, spoken and written (to handle queries and concerns from Mandarin-speaking counterparts in regard to the development of marketing collaterals, campaigns, promotions, and other marketing-related matters)
Keep abreast of digital media and trends
Numerate and analytical
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently as well as be a team player
