Responsibilities
Assist the project manager in all aspects such as project monitoring, scheduling, management, costing, and technical details.
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Interior renovation management and/or site coordination work.
Ensure that projects are complete on time, within budget, and manage sub-contractors. On-site work and are of the highest quality.
Ability to understand layout plans, architectural finishes, and installation methods.
Meticulous with good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details.
Able to work irregular timing, independently, and ability to keep good reporting and documentation work.
Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
Requirements
Bachelors’ Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related studies
Min 2 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer preferred
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup
Strong aesthetic sensibilities
Good understanding of interior specifications
Develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction
