Responsibilities
Supports the full recruitment and on/off-boarding process for countries as assigned
Liaises with HQ and ensures that new hires are issued with required employee passes and access to office premises
Ensures timely and accurate processing of payroll for countries as assigned
Liaises and works closely with outsource payroll vendors and country coordinators to ensure timely submission, accuracy, and salary payment to employees
Ensures that required accruals for payroll, bonus and others are carried out and provisions are submitted to Accounts Dept in a timely manner
Prepares and liaises with tax consultants on the tax submission for assignees ensuring the accuracy of tax returns
Assists to prepare the annual training plan
Co-ordinates and assist in the talent management/development programs
Performs timely work pass renewals for foreign employees
Ensures timely and accurate submission of employee data, headcount report and to management and/or relevant government authorities
Follows up on work injury reporting and claim submissions
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource/Industrial Psychology or relevant qualifications
Knowledge of local labour laws
Good numerical and analytical skills
Works well under pressure
Meticulous and ensures work accuracy
