Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of email and live chat from users based in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, others…
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Identify and assess customers’ issue and provide solution according to company standards
Generate sales leads by cross selling to customer with updated/ promotion package
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Requirements
Accepted high school leaver, O Level, Diploma, Bachelor Degree
Experienced in customer service role are additional advantages
Candidates with no related experience are welcome to apply as training is provided
