Responsibilities
Update of headcount reports, individual employee’s salary records
Data entry new staff details, resignees, pay adjustment and personal deductions on Times
Computation of No Pay Leave deduction
Check foreign worker levy
To ensure the figure is tally in CPF, FWL, SDF, CDAC, SINDA, MBMF
Able to do full set in Cover sheet, Payroll Summary, FWL, CPF Returns, Reconciliation, Loan, and personal deduction reports
To ensure all the employees’ salary and overtime compute accurately
Record all the medical expenditures and leave records accurately
To process yearly employees Income Tax
Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints and provides guidance accordingly
Issuance of warning letter (if any)
Handle administrative for dormitory matters
Assist in others HR-related matters
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Numerate and experience in a computerised payroll cycle is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, policies and regulations
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Full spectrum in HR, Good spoken and written English to deal with authorities and government institutions.
