Responsibilities
Check in house attendance and leave
Data entry for workers’ working time
Checking off in lieu entitlement from timesheets and grant off in lieu in system
Administer training to ensure the validity of passes and update records in shared folder and p-files
To source and identify suitable training providers
Application of training grants
To ensure all training documents are duly completed and filled
Participates in internal/external audits
Organize/assist events
Transportation arrangement
To work closely with Safety to create disseminate safety awareness among workers
Office Equipment, stationery, pantry, printing and gifts
Ensure timely repair and maintenance of office equipment i.e copier machines, air
To assist HR & Admin department whenever required
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC & Diploma
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labour laws, policies and regulations is an advantage
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
