Responsibilities
* Good knowledge on various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
* Preparation and presentation of hot and cold sushi
* Ensure all sushi food products are in compliance according to standardized codes recipes and portion volume
* Prepares food before and during operations.
* Ensure Hygiene of Restaurant & Kitchen in good condition
* Ensures freshness and quality of all menu items.
Requirements
* With at least one year relevant experience ( Handle Sushi, Sashimi etc before)
* Have a positive attitude; Able to create a warm and friendly atmosphere with a high level of energy and spirit.
