• Handle the full spectrum of day-to-day HR operations of employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding • Design compensation and benefits packages • Implement performance review procedures • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree • Excellent communication skills especially spoken and written English • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Motivated and flexible individual with exceptional multi-tasking ability • MUST be meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented
