Food & Beverage/Catering/Restaurant
9am to 6pm
- Full spectrum of the HR function including payroll, leave administration, claims, etc
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- In charge payroll department (Over 100 employees) by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
- To follow-up other duties as required
- Experienced in handling Payroll
- Possess good written and oral communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Experience in F&B environment will be an advantage.
