Responsibilities
- Execute work orders in accordance with process control routers and industry standards as well as appropriate work procedures and instructions
- Setup and program lathes. Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample workpieces, adhering to international standards
- Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturers’ instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repair
- Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Produce parts to a high standard of quality and in accordance with the relevant procedures/work instructions.
- Maintain the material’s traceability and inspection records for each item.
- Discuss, submit, and recommend new ideas in improving the safety and quality of products and services
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years experience in CNC milling/turning
- Physically Fit
- Good working attitude
