Responsibilities
- Sales Order processing
- Generate deliveries, packing lists, invoicing for daily deliveries
- To assist with expediting manufacturing to ensure deliveries are meet
- Liaise with forwarding agents on shipments deliveries
- Provide sales support to the Sales Team
- Able to communicate with China business assosciate
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- GCE 'N' / 'O' Level
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Familiar with SAP system
- Experience in customer service would be an added advantage
- PC literate
- Flexible and adaptable attitude
- Positive and friendly personality
- Immediate starter preferred
