Responsibilities
*As an intimate 10-seat omakase restaurant, this team member will be a critical part of the team, supporting the chefs by providing great hospitality to the guests. *Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations to customers. *Serving food and/or beverages to customers. *Connect with the customers and ensure their needs are met and they feel well taken care of.
Requirements
*Minimum 2 years experience in the F&B industry *Must be able to work a flexible schedule including shifts, weekends, and public holidays. *Great communication skills and previous Japanese restaurant experience is preferred but we are open to anyone as long as they are willing to learn and have a hospitality-focused mindset. *Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience
