Preparation and portioning of food items prior to cooking, such as tempura items, sauces, and grilled items.
Responsible for all grilled, broiled, fried and sautéed items prepared in the kitchen.
Ensure high food quality especially taste, temperature and presentation to deliver excellent dining experience to all customers.
Ensure kitchen stock keep fresh and follow FEFO (first expired first out) standard.
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, and always keep the kitchen in excellent hygiene standards.
Assist on month-end stock take.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Candidates must possess at least Professional Certificate in Culinary Skills.
Has variety of expertise, especially in both traditional and modern Japanese cuisine
Has excellent sense of taste and creativity in food preparation and presentation
