Responsibilities
• Administers various human resource plans and procedures
• Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
• Assist in MOM pass renewal and Process work pass applications
• Plan and execute onboarding and orientation to welcome new employees
• Maintain & updating staff personal file and system
• Manage employee exit/resignation process including conducting exit interviews
• Work with managers to provide advice, assistance and follow-up
• Provide support on other HR matters
Requirements
• Good knowledge in employment law, HR Policies and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal communication (both written and verbal)
