Duties & Responsibilities
Participate in sensory evaluation sessions for validation of raw materials and finished flavours
Assist in the evaluation and selection of commercially winning flavours
Interact with Flavour laboratory including Creation, Application, QC and Customer
Sales Request and provide sensory support when needed
Requirements
Effective flavour repertoire management
Related Market / product familiarity
Maintaining and updating of flavour library by recommending flavour additions / deletions
Able to do sensory mapping for top-selling variant products for various categories and sensory data collection
Able to Implement and conform to all established quality, safety and environmental management system
