Responsibilities
Manage tasting room basic operations (introduce beers, pour beers, wash glasses, maintain order and cleanliness of tasting room)
Manage webstore operations (schedule delivery, ensure orders are delivered, service recovery)
Promote on premise (draft) and off-premise (cans / growlers) products
Build relationships between retail customers and the brewery
Manage pool of part-timers
Provide inputs in recipe formulation, based on feedback gathered from tasting room
Requirements
Preferred 2 years management role working experience in F&B industry
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience
