Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, on boarding, and employee orientation.
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages
Screen resumes and Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Update employee database, data entry, and ensuring all documents are well maintained.
Keep our internal database up to date
Maintaining close relationships with educational institutes to manage pipelines of student talents. (for part-time and full time opportunities)
Other HR administrative duties assigned by the supervisor
Minimum 1 years working experience in a similar role.
Minimum a Diploma in HR
Excellent time management and organization abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
A high degree of self-motivation, positive attitude
Attention to details.
Confidence, resilience, persistence, and social skills — a lot of these
Proficient in Microsoft packages.
