Responsible for full spectrum of Accounting function, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Prepare month end closing by producing monthly management report on monthly basis.
Prepare year end closing for mandatory yearly compilation of accounts.
Manage fixed assets register, maintain fixed assets schedules and bank reconciliation of fixed assets.
Perform general ledgers and general clerical, accounting, contra, and bookkeeping support functions.
Maintain balance sheet schedule such as prepayment, accruals, depreciation, disposal of assets, provision of doubtful debts, deposit, related parties’ transaction, provision for taxation, director accounts.
Prepare and filing GST return on a quarterly basis.
To handle / take charge / apply government grant such as SPRING grant, CDG grant, PIC application etc.
To liaise and maintain a good business relationship with external auditor, corporate tax agents, corporate secretary, banker, customer, supplier, authority.
To oversees job done by accounts assistant, to guide and to lead accounts assistant.
To handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management team personnel.
Responsible for full spectrum of HR function.
Candidate must possess at least a Degree or equivalent in Accounts.
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
